Live Graphic Recording

On the day of your event, I'll be there with markers in hand to create a wall-size mural that captures your conversation.

In these times of virtual meetings, I can provide remote digital services.

Digital Imagery

Post event, I typically do additional work to the physical paper recording: to catch possible mistakes and add clarity to the overall piece. Then I photograph and do digital refinements to create a PDF or JPG file that can be distributed to stakeholders.

what do you do?

It's pretty simple: I take large-format notes in real time that everyone can see. The visual aspect of seeing what is said engages participants, lets people know that they've been heard, creates a unique product out of the collective investment of meeting time, and can be used to communicate content to people who couldn't attend the event.

how much space do you need?

Approximately 10' clear of linear wall space. If necessary, I can bring a portable easel wall. FYI - I only use water-based marker ink, so rest assured marks will not transfer through to the walls.

how much do you charge?

My hourly rate is just shy of $200. I typically estimate an amount of time equivalent to the meeting duration for post-production time - for example if a meeting is 2 hours in duration, I charge 4 hours. Plus travel and preparation time.
